ABOUT THE COVER
Models of health and happiness, Dr. Russ and Sandy Fisher make good nutrition and exercise a part of their daily routines. Russ, whose practice is Carolina Regional Radiology, enjoys golfing and snowboarding. A registered nurse, Sandy directs fitness programs for The Spa and teaches several classes, including Pilates, aqua and spinning. The Fishers have two grown children, two beautiful grandchildren and three Havanese dogs, named Halea, Jo Jo and Skye. A show champion, Skye also is a registered therapy dog and accompanies Sandy on visits to nursing homes.
